Hadith 8:198
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he was asked about a man who engaged in foreplay (mubasharah) while he was in the state of ihram. He said: "Upon him is a camel (badana)." I said: "What if they engaged in the greatest sexual act (al-bah al-a’zam)?" He said: "Al-Hasan used to say: 'He is in the position of one who has had sexual intercourse; upon him is the Hajj (to be performed) in the following year.'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه سئل عن رجل باشر وهو محرم قال عليه بدنة قلت فإن باشرن الباه الأعظم قال كان الحسن يقول هو بمنزلة المجامع عليه الحج من قابل
