Hadith 8:1980
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, who said: It is from the Sunnah that one should not enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj except during the months of Hajj.
