Hadith 8:1983
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Khusayf, who said: A man from the people of Khurasan arrived, having entered into the state of ihram for Hajj outside the months of Hajj. Ata said to him: "Make it an Umrah, for there is no Hajj for you, because Allah says: 'Hajj is [during] well-known months, so whoever has made Hajj obligatory upon himself therein...'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن فضيل عن خصيف قال قدم رجل من أهل خراسان قد أحرم بالحج في غير اشهر الحج فقال له عطاء إجعلها عمرة فإنه ليس لك حج فإن الله يقول @QB@ الحج أشهر معلومات فمن فرض فيهن الحج @QE@ 1
