Hadith 8:1987
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, who said: Ibn Abi Nu’m used to enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj outside of the months of Hajj. ‘Amr ibn Maymun said: "If the companions of Muhammad had caught him, they would have stoned him."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق قال كان بن أبي نعم يهل بالحج في غير أشهر الحج فقال عمرو بن ميمون لو أدرك هذا أصحاب محمد لرجموه
