Hadith 8:1993
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Zakariya bin Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Ata', who said: If a person in the state of ihram directs a lawful person to game (hunting), and he (the lawful person) does not take it, then he (the person in ihram) should seek forgiveness from Allah.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال إن دل حرام حلالا على صيد فلم يأخذه فليستغفر الله
