Hadith 8:1998
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, who said: When the Muhrim (pilgrim in Ihram) is compelled to wear leather socks (khuffayn), he shall tear their upper parts and leave in them what will hold onto his feet.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا جرير عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال إذا اضطر المحرم إلى لبس الخفين خرق ظهورهما وترك فيهما ما يستمسك رجلاه
