Hadith 8:201
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, regarding a person in the state of ihram who engaged in physical contact (mubasharah) until he ejaculated. He said: I consider that it has become incumbent upon him, so he made incumbent upon him that which is incumbent upon the one who has sexual intercourse.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في محرم باشر حتى أنزل قال أراه قد وجب عليه فأوجب عليه ما وجب على المجامع
