Hadith 8:2012
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Umar, from his father, who said: We arrived while we were young boys with Hafs bin Asim, and we took a chick in Mecca at our dwelling, and we played with it until we killed it. His wife, Aisha bint Muti' bin al-Aswad, said [something regarding it], so he ordered a ram, and it was slaughtered, and he gave it away in charity.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن عبد الله بن عمر عن أبيه قال قدمنا ونحن غلمان مع حفص بن عاصم فأخذنا فرخا بمكة في منزلنا فلعبنا به حتى قتلناه فقالت إمرأته عائشة ابنة مطيع بن الاسود فأمر بكبش فذبح فتصدق به
