Hadith 8:2046
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: I read the letter of Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz to the people in Mecca, forbidding them from renting out the houses and dwellings of Mecca.
