Hadith 8:2051
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa bin Yunus narrated to us, from Amr bin Sa’id bin Abi Husayn, who said: Someone who heard Mujahid informed me, saying: I do not see any harm in the renting of the houses of Makkah, except that a man rents [a house] and then makes a profit [by subletting it].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن عمر بن سعيد بن أبي حسين قال أخبرني من سمع مجاهدا يقول لا أدري بكراء بيوت مكة بأسا إلا أن يتكارى رجل فيربح
