Hadith 8:2061
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Zakariya ibn Abi Ishaq, from Zayd ibn Yuthay', from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) sent me when *Bara'ah* (Surah At-Tawbah) was revealed with four [instructions]: No naked person shall circumambulate the House (the Kaaba), and no polytheist shall approach the Mosque after this year of theirs. Whoever has a treaty between himself and the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), then it is [valid] until its term. And no soul shall enter Paradise except a Muslim soul.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو أسامة عن زكريا بن أبي إسحاق عن زيد بن يثيع عن علي قال بعثني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حين أنزلت براءة باربع لايطوف بالبيت عريان ولا يقرب المسجد مشرك بعد عامهم هذا ومن كان بينه وبين رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عهد فهو إلى مدته ولا تدخل الجنة إلا نفس مسلمة
