Hadith 8:2074
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, he said: He used to say regarding the one who is compelled to [eat] carrion and game: He should eat the carrion and should not eat the game, and he should not approach it—meaning the *muhrim* (the one in the state of ihram).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو أسامة عن أشعث عن الحسن قال كان يقول فيمن اضطر إلى ميتة وصيد يأكل الميتة ولا يأكل الصيد ولا يعرض له يعني المحرم
