Hadith 8:2082
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, who said: If it is the obligatory Hajj and she has a Mahram, then there is no harm in her going out, and she does not need to ask her husband's permission.
