Hadith 8:2103
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Hilal ibn Khabbab, who said: I said to Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "What is your opinion regarding the conditional stipulation (al-ishtirat) in Hajj?" He said: "The conditional stipulation in Hajj is only regarding what is between people."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن هلال بن خباب قال قلت لسعيد بن جبير أرأيت الاشتراط في الحج قال إنما الاشتراط في الحج فيما بين الناس
