Hadith 8:2172
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa'i, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that he did not see any harm in game hunted by a person in the state of *ihlal* (not in *ihram*) in the *hill* (outside the sanctuary) being eaten by a person in the state of *ihlal* in the *haram* (sanctuary). He said: Ibn Abbas used to dislike it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو داود عن هشام الدستوائي عن أبي الزبير عن جابر أنه لم ير بأسا بالصيد يصطاده الحلال في الحل أن يأكله الحلال في الحرم قال كان بن عباس يكرهه
