Hadith 8:2184
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Ubaydullah bin Umar, from Nafi’, from Ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no blame upon the one who kills five of the animals while he is in the state of Ihram: the mouse, the scorpion, the crow, the kite, and the biting dog."
