Hadith 8:2187
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, he said: 'Imran ibn Hudayr narrated to us, from Minqar Abu Bashama, from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: "There is no harm in killing a viper and shooting a kite." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: And I found in my book: Bishr Abu Usama, with this chain of narration, and he said: "Meaning the one in the state of Ihram."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ قال حدثنا عمران بن حدير عن منقر أبي بشامة عن بن عباس قال لا بأس بقتل الأفعى ورمى الحدأة قال أبو عبد الرحمن ووجدت في كتابي بشر أبي أسامة بهذا الاسناد وقال يعني المحرم
