Hadith 8:2190
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Layth, from Mujahid, and from Mughira, from Ibrahim, they both said: The Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) shall not kill any of the predatory animals except that which attacks him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا جرير عن ليث عن مجاهد وعن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قالا لا يقتل المحرم من السباع إلا ما عدا عليه
