Hadith 8:2191
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: Every enemy that transgresses against you, kill it while you are in the state of ihram.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا حفص عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال كل عدو عدا عليك فأقتله وأنت محرم
