Hadith 8:2216
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin Numayr narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) may apply any kohl he wishes, as long as it does not contain perfume.
