Hadith 8:222
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Khusayf, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted a concession regarding the dyed garment for the Muhrim, as long as it does not have *la's* (stickiness) or *rad' (stain/scent).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن نمير عن حجاج عن خصيف عن عكرمة عن بن عباس أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رخص في الثوب المصبوغ للمحرم ما لم يكن له لعص ولا ردع
