Hadith 8:2238
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Zabyan, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "Memorize from me and do not say 'Ibn Abbas said': Any slave whose family takes him for Hajj, then he is emancipated, then upon him is the Hajj (of an adult). And any child whose family takes him for Hajj while he is a child, then he reaches puberty, then upon him is the Hajj of a man. And any Bedouin whose family takes him for Hajj, then he migrates (to Medina), then upon him is the Hajj of the Muhajirin."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي ظبيان عن بن عباس قال احفظوا عني ولا تقولوا قال بن عباس أيما عبد حج به أهله ثم أعتق فعليه الحج وأيما صبي حج به أهله صبيا ثم أدرك فعليه حجة الرجل وأيما أعرابي حج أعرابيا ثم هاجر فعليه حجة المهاجرين
