Hadith 8:226
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Yazid, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, he said: "There is no harm in the *muhrim* (one in the state of ihram) using a water source (or visiting a watering place)."
