Hadith 8:230
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from Wabarah, from Ibn ‘Umar, that ‘Umar forbade that the *muhrim* (one in the state of ihram) should enter into ihram while wearing a garment dyed with *wars* (a yellow plant) or saffron.
