Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 8:2301

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay’, from Ata, who said: Ibn Abbas was asked about a man who had intercourse with his wife before he visited the House (performed Tawaf al-Ifadah). He said: If he had intercourse before he visited, then he must perform Hajj the following year.
