Hadith 8:2313
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Uyaynah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from his father: That a man said to Ibn ‘Abbas while he was on Hajj and in the state of Ihram, "Shall I scratch my head while I am in the state of Ihram?" Ibn ‘Abbas gathered his hands together and scratched his head with them. He said, "As for me, I say this." The man said to him, "What do you see if I kill a louse?" He said, "May you be distanced! What is a louse? What prevents me from scratching my head? And you were not forbidden except from hunting."
