Hadith 8:2318
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Ubayd ibn 'Umayr, he said: There is no harm in him scratching his head while he is in the state of ihram.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن مسعر عن أبي إسحاق عن عبيد بن عمير قال لا بأس أن يحك رأسه وهو محرم
