Hadith 8:2320
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Fudayl ibn 'Iyad narrated to us, from Layth, from Sadaqah, from Jabir ibn Zayd, regarding a man who shaved before he slaughtered [the sacrificial animal]. He said: "Upon him is the ransom (fidyah)." He said: So I asked Mujahid and Tawus, and they both said: "There is nothing upon him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا فضيل بن عياض عن ليث عن صدقة عن جابر بن زيد في رجل حلق قبل أن ينحر قال عليه الفدية قال فسألت مجاهدا وطاوسا فقالا ليس عليه شيء
