Hadith 8:2352
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Ata, who said: I reached our elders—Ibn Abbas, Jabir, Abu Hurayrah, and Ubayd ibn Umayr—and they would not touch [in ritual greeting] anything except the Black Stone and the [Yemeni] Corner. They would not touch any of the other corners besides those two.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن نمير عن حجاج عن عطاء قال أدركت مشيختنا بن عباس وجابرا وأبا هريرة وعبيد بن عمير لا يستلمون إلا الحجر الأسود والركن لا يستلمون غيرهما من الأركان
