Hadith 8:2425
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan and 'Ata, they both said: There is no *ramal* (brisk walking) upon the people of Makkah, nor upon those who enter into the state of Ihram from it, unless someone from the people of Makkah comes from outside.
