Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid, who said: I was with Ibn Mas'ud, and he recited the Talbiyah. A man said, "Who is this person reciting the Talbiyah on this day?" Ibn Mas'ud turned to him and said, "Labbayk (I am present) to the number of the dust; Labbayk."
