Hadith 8:2497
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Humayd narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn al-Sa’ib, from Dawud ibn Abi ‘Asim, who said: I stood with Salim ibn ‘Abd Allah at ‘Arafah, watching how he would act. He remained in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and supplication until the people departed.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا حميد عن سعيد بن السائب عن داود بن أبي عاصم قال وقفت مع سالم بن عبد الله بعرفة انظر كيف يصنع فكان في الذكر والدعاء حتى أفاض الناس
