Hadith 8:2512
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, from Ali, regarding His saying: "Then a fast of three days during Hajj." He said: Fast one day before the Day of Tarwiyah, the Day of Tarwiyah, and the Day of Arafah. If the fasting escapes him, he should eat the pre-dawn meal (suhur) on the night of al-Hasbah. "Then a fast of three days during Hajj and seven when you have returned" to his family.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن جعفر عن أبيه عن علي في قوله @QB@ فصيام ثلاثة أيام في الحج @QE@ قال صم قبل التروية بيوم ويوم التروية ويوم عرفة فإن فاته الصوم تسحر ليلة الحصية @QB@ فصيام ثلاثة أيام في الحج وسبعة إذا رجعتم @QE@ إلى أهله
