Hadith 8:2534
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, that he was asked about a woman who wants to perform Hajj while her husband is absent in Khurasan. He said: "If it is the obligatory Hajj and she has a Mahram, then there is no harm."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر أنه سئل عن المرأة تريد الحج وزوجها غائب بخراسان فقال إذا كانت الفريضة وكان لها محرم فلا بأس
