Hadith 8:2577
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, that he said regarding ostrich eggs: A man in the state of ihram pointed them out to a man not in the state of ihram. [The penalty is] the fasting of a day or the feeding of a poor person.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن أشعث عن بن سيرين أنه قال في بيض النعام أشار به رجل حرام بحلال صيام يوم أو إطعام مسكين
