Hadith 8:2607
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Ata', who said: If they both ate from it, then upon each one of them is a penalty. And if they did not eat, then upon them is one penalty.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن ليث عن عطاء قال إن أكلا منه فعلى كل واحد منهما جزاء وإن لم يأكلا فعليهما جزاء واحد
