Hadith 8:2616
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, [who said]: I asked ‘Ata’, and I said: "Indeed, ‘Abd al-Karim said to me in Mina: 'Do not slaughter until you pray [the Eid prayer].'" He said: "That is not upon the people of Mina; that is only upon the people of the horizons (those from outside)." And I asked Mujahid, and he said to me the same as that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن ليث سألت عطاء قلت إن عبد الكريم قال لي بمنى لا تذبح حتى تصلي قال ليس ذلك على أهل منى إنما ذلك على أهل الآفاق وسالت مجاهدا فقال لي مثل ذلك
