Hadith 8:2656
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, who said: I was informed about Mujahid that he said: "Judgment is not passed upon one who kills game intentionally; judgment is only passed upon one who kills it by mistake." And I was informed about Tawus that he said: "Judgment is not passed upon one who kills it by mistake; judgment is only passed upon one who kills it intentionally."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب قال نبئت عن مجاهد أنه قال لا يحكم على من أصاب الصيد متعمدا إنما يحكم على من أصاب خطأونبئت عن طاوس أنه قال لا يحكم على من أصابه خطأ إنما يحكم على من أصابه متعمدا
