Hadith 8:2685
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Ata' and Tawus, they said: The hired worker, if he does not find a shepherd, and the man if he is growing [wealth/livestock], they may throw the pebbles at night.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس قال الكرى إذا لم يجد راعيا والرجل إذا كان ناميا يرميان الجمار بالليل
