Hadith 8:2696
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Ziyad, from Qasim, from ‘Aishah, she said: "The circumambulation (Tawaf) of the House and the striving (Sa’i) between al-Safa and al-Marwah were only established for the establishment of the remembrance of Allah."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عيينة عن عبيد الله بن أبي زياد عن قاسم عن عائشة قالت إنما جعلت الطواف بالبيت والسعي بين الصفا والمروة لإقامة ذكر الله
