Hadith 8:2722
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Hasan and 'Ata' regarding a man who arrives as a *mufrid* (performing Hajj only) and finds the people standing at Arafat. They said: He stands with them. When it is the Day of Sacrifice (*Yawm al-Nahr*), he performs one *tawaf* and performs *sa'i* between al-Safa and al-Marwa. The *tawaf* of arrival (*tawaf al-qudum*) suffices him in place of the *tawaf* of visitation (*tawaf al-ziyarah*). And upon him is the *tawaf* of the day of departure (*yawm al-nafr*) when he bids farewell to the House.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن إسماعيل عن الحسن وعطاء في الرجل يقدم مفردا فيجد الناس وقوفا بعرفة قال يقف معهم فإذا كان يوم النحر طاف طوافا واحدا وسعى بين الصفا والمروة فأجزأه طواف القدوم من طواف الزيارة وعليه طواف يوم النفر حين يودع البيت
