Hadith 8:2760
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Abdah, from Wafa’ ibn Iyas, from Quraysh, from Sa’sa’ah, who said: I heard a man ask Ibn ‘Umar, and he said: "I swore an oath, or I obligated upon myself a sacrificial camel to be slaughtered in the land in which I am." He (Ibn ‘Umar) said: "Do not slaughter it anywhere other than the place where the sacrificial animals are slaughtered (i.e., Mina)." The man said: "I only said that I would slaughter it in the land in which I am." ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar refused, and he said: "Whoever wishes, Satan has made it fair-seeming to him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن عبدة عن وفاء بن إياس عن قريش عن صعصعة قال سمعت رجلا سأل بن عمر فقال حلفت أو جعلت علي بدنة أنحرها بأرض التي أنا بها فقال لا تنحرها دون محل البدن فقال الرجل إنما قلت أنا أنحرها بأرض التي أنا بها فأبى عبد الله بن عمر فقال من شاء زين له الشيطان
