Hadith 8:2787
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Sa’id narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, that ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr performed Tawaf during the governorship of Sa’id. Then he went out for the prayer, and ‘Abd al-Rahman said: "Wait until I return to the palace." So he returned after three circuits, then he did not return to complete the seven.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو سعيد عن بن جريج عن عطاء أن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر طاف في إمارة سعيد فخرج إلى الصلاة فقال عبد الرحمن انتظر حتى انصرف على قصر فانصرف على ثلاثة أطواف ثم لم يعد لذلك السبع
