Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 8:287

Abu Bakr (Uyaynah) narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from Ash’ath ibn Abi al-Sha’tha’, he said: Someone who heard Abu Dharr narrated to me, saying: There is no harm in the *muhrim* (a person in the state of ihram) marrying a woman, and he may eat [the meat of game] that he did not hunt.
