Hadith 8:2881
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from al-Hasan and ‘Ata’ regarding the *muhrim* (pilgrim in state of ihram) who pointed to game, and another *muhrim* struck it: They both said, "Upon him is the penalty."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن الحسن وعطاء في المحرم أشار إلى صيد فأصابه محرم قالا عليه الجزاء
