Hadith 8:2887
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan, from Firas, from al-Sha'bi, he said: If the Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) points to game and it dies, then upon him is the expiation.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن فراس عن الشعبي قال إذا أشار المحرم إلى الصيد فعنت فعليه الكفارة
