Hadith 8:2888
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, from Hassan, from Layth, from Ata, Tawus, and Mujahid: They said: If a person in the state of Ihram commands a person not in the state of Ihram to kill game, then upon him is the expiation.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حميد عن حسن عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد قالوا إذا أمر المحرم الحلال بقتل الصيد فعليه الكفارة
