Hadith 8:289
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Ata' and Tawus: That they used to see no harm in a person in the state of ihram treating his chapped skin with ghee or oil. And Mujahid said: If he treats himself with either of them, then upon him is a dam (a sacrificial animal).
