Hadith 8:2905
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from Salim, al-Qasim, ‘Ata’, Tawus, and Mujahid regarding a woman who passes by the station (Arafat) while returning from Makkah, that she does not shorten (her prayer). They said: "Allah does not hold her accountable for forgetfulness." Ibn al-Aswad and al-Sha’bi said: "She shortens (her prayer), and she owes a sacrifice (dam), and her Hajj is complete."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن جابر عن سالم والقاسم وعطاء وطاوس ومجاهد في المرأة تمر بالموقف راجعة من مكة فلم تقصر قالوا لا يؤاخذها الله بالنسيان قال بن الأسود والشعبي تقصر وعليها دم وتم حجها
