Hadith 8:2930
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Ala’ ibn al-Musayyab, from his father, who said: When he would pass by the valley between al-Safa and al-Marwah, he would hasten in it until he passed it, and he would say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the Most Mighty, the Most Generous."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن العلاء بن المسيب عن أبيه قال كان إذا مر بالوادي بين الصفا والمروة سعى فيه حتى يجاوزه ويقول رب اغفر وارحم وأنت الأعز الأكرم
